Shipping policy

 

Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide when placing your order. You may provide a billing address different from the delivery address.

For logistical reasons, the delivery address can no longer be changed once the order has been placed.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 business days, unless otherwise notified.
Shipment is made via a specialized carrier (examples: Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost...) in a tube package or other suitable packaging.
Delivery takes an average of 5 business days after dispatch.*
A tracking link will be sent to you by email.
The delivery fee is applied to each order and is calculated automatically before full payment.
Delivery is free for purchases of €50 or more in France only.

* You may receive your order at the address you provided within a maximum of 30 business days from the date your order was placed, notably due to the need for printing time if the selected product is no longer in stock.
