Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened and unused, with tags and in its original packaging, in resalable condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To make a return, you can contact us at the following address : gullsz.art@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent at your expense to the following address: 46 rue de l'Amiral Pierre Ronarc'h 56000 Vannes. Or in a locker, where applicable.

If your return is accepted and approved by Gullsz, you must promptly return your product(s) in a parcel to the address indicated above, together with your IBAN, the purchase invoice for the products, and the return authorization, at your expense. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14 day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded by bank transfer to the IBAN enclosed with the return within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
If more than 14 business days have elapsed since your return was approved, please contact us at gullsz.art@gmail.com.

Withdrawal period and refunds.

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, « the consumer has a period of fourteen calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs ». « The period mentioned in the preceding paragraph runs from receipt for goods or acceptance of the offer for the provision of services ». The right of withdrawal may be exercised by contacting Gullsz  as follows : by mail to the following address :  info@gullsz.com  or by mail to 46 rue de l'Amiral Pierre Ronarc'h - 56000 on plain paper.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the prescribed period, only the price of the purchased product or products will be refunded; return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. Products must be returned in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be resold as new; they must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase.

In accordance with legal provisions, you will find a link to an example of the standard withdrawal form to be sent to us by registered mail at the following address: 46 Admiral Pierre Ronarc'h Street - 56000 . Gullsz undertakes to refund the Consumer Client within 14 days of receiving the standard form. Nevertheless, Gullsz is entitled to defer this refund until the products have actually been recovered. The refund is made directly to the Client’s bank account; it will be necessary to attach bank details/IBAN to process the refund.

On [date], I made a purchase [online/through your catalogue/etc.] from [item] no. [reference].

However, I no longer want this item. Therefore, in accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, I wish to exercise my right of withdrawal.

Accordingly, I request a refund of my purchase in the amount of [amount in euros] € within 30 days.

Please find enclosed the item concerned in its original, non-personalized packaging and in perfect condition.
